Tooth Dreams?

1. Front incisor broken during roller skating in 1983. Line added to show border between tooth and filling.
2. #14 tooth (upper molar, 2nd from back, left side) broken by a deadly combination of bad USAF dentistry and an Atomic Fireball. The filling shown was not sealed properly, and allowed the entire dentin and remaining enamel to decay over a period of about 7yr.
3. close-up of the worst fracture point (tooth missing entirely). As a result of the decay detailed above, a root canal was necessary. Whee.
4. Me, smiling BEFORE they told me about the root canal (which was deemed necessary after the DDS tried cleaning all the decay out and not being able to).
